The suite is located in Nonthaburi, the northern district of the Bangkok metropolitan area, near Makutromsaran Park. It lies on the 16th floor of the 23-floor housing estate U-Delight Rattanathibet with unobstructed view towards the east side. An elevator provides fast access to the floor. The suite features a bedroom with free corner 180 degree panoramic sky window, air condition in both living and bedroom, fitted kitchen with adjoining balcony and washing machine and ceiling air ventilation in the bathroom. The suite is equipped with WiFi. The housing estate, completed in 2014, occupies an area of 8500 square meters. About one fifth of it is green area for relaxation, which includes a sunken courtyard embedded in large trees and the Serenity Park. The 7th floor offers a wellness center on more than 900 square meters. Here you find a panoramic exercise area, an infinity-edged swimming pool, a fitness studio besides sauna and steam rooms. For reading the estate has an own library next to the entrance's double space lobby. The usage of all these facilities is free of extra charge. Parking lots are provided by a parking garage which extends over the six bottom floors of the building. The housing estate is surrounded by various shopping centers, including The Mall Ngamwongwan, Esplanade, Big C Tiwanon, Big C Rattanathibet, Tesco Lotus Rattanathibet, Pantip Plaza Ngamwongwan and Central Plaza Rattanathibet. In its vicinity there are lots of renowned tutorial schools for children education. The housing estate is secured by CCTV (video cameras), floor-specific key cards and a 24 hour security guard. Please note that the suite is a non smoking suite and has capacity for a maximum of two adults and one child. An additional folding bed can be provided.

Suite 5 lies north to central Bangkok in the district Nonthaburi, close to the Khae Rai intersection of Rattanathibet, Ngamwongwan and Thiwanon roads. The Nonthaburi Civic Center metro station, crossing point of the MRT purple (opens August 2016) and MRT pink (opens 2019/2020) metro lines, is in 3-minutes walking distance. Hubs for public van transportation lie in the vicinity. They serve all major directions, including the Bangkok Central Business District areas and neighboring province cities such as Nakhonpathom, Chonburi. The Srirat-Ngamwongwan expressway is reached within few minutes by car. The map shows you the suite's location.
