All apartment suites are fully furnished in contemporary design. They are embedded in recently built Thai residential communities allowing our guests to keep their privacy while at the same time immerging into the Thai's everyday live. Swimming pool, fitness room and for suites 3 - 6 also a sauna serve for relaxation, staying in shape or just to make new friends. To have an unobstructed view all suites lie on higher floors, easily reachable by elevator. On the balcony one can relish a cooling evening breeze rounding off your day before falling asleep in the air-conditioned bedroom.

The rental fee covers all additional costs (water, electricity, television, parking lot, security guards), final cleaning services and is provision-free. Each suite offers about 30 m² of space and includes living-room with sofa and TV, kitchen with fridge, microwave and sink, bedroom with queen-sized bed, bathroom with shower and balcony. Suites 3 - 6 also offer cooking stoves and a washing machine. For suites 1 - 2 a shared laundry room is equipped with seven coin operated washing machines. Please note that all suites are non smoking suites.

For guests which bring or rent a car free parking is available. Nearby shopping malls and plazas with movie theaters, a variety of Asian cuisine restaurants, supermarkets and Thai cookshops provide more than just a tasty dinner.
