The suite is located in Nonthaburi, the northern district of the Bangkok metropolitan area, near the Chao Phraya river. It features a bedroom with panoramic wide-window and air-condition, living room with couch and flat screen TV, kitchen with adjoining balcony and bathroom. The suite lies on the 6th floor of the 8-floor housing estate d-Condo Rattanathibet, which was completed in 2012. Overlooking a residential area of two-floor town houses, it has an unobstructed view to the south side. An elevator provides fast access to the floor. The housing estate consists of six separate buildings (A to F) forming a long row. It is guarded by a 24-hour security service. The suite is located in the quiet second to last building E, as shown in the constructor's ground plan. Parking lots are available on the building's opposite north side. A fee of 50 Baht covers the combined usage of both swimming pool and fitness room during an entire day. A library, equipped with magazines, can be used for reading or work. Seven washing machines, which are run with coins, are provided in the laundry room. D-Cafe and a 7-Eleven supermarket, which are located in the same housing estate, offer breakfast. The nearby shopping mall Central Plaza Rattanathibet features - besides an eight-screen movie theater and cafes - a variety of Asian cuisine restaurants and take-aways for lunch and dinner. Please note that the suite is a non smoking suite and has capacity for a maximum of two adults and one child. The sofa can be unfolded and used as a sofa bed.

Suite 2 lies north to central Bangkok in the district Nonthaburi with just a few minutes walk to the Sai Ma metro station on the MRT's purple line. The purple line is scheduled for opening in August 2016. Buses and taxis can be accessed from the nearby Rattanathibet road, the area's main traffic artery. The map shows you the suite's location.
To the east you recognize the Chao Phraya river which offers passenger boat transportation. Top left of the housing complex the Sai Ma station on the Rattanathibet road becomes visible, on zooming in, as a narrow, long, light grey object. Moreover, there is a number of passenger van taxis which carry up to 8 persons. They run on fixed routes and are ideal for smaller distances.
